Ryan Sribrath

Ryan Sribrath is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Project Development and Project Finance practice.
Ryan specialises in project finance, general finance, project development and construction transactions.
His experience includes advising on transactions under South Africa’s Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) and the Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (RMIPPPP) regarding the financing, construction and operation of the projects.
Ryan has also advised on the financing of projects across Africa which includes countries such as Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia and Ghana.
In addition, Ryan is also experienced in general banking and finance and has advised clients in the financial sector.
Ryan is a member of the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and the Golden Key International Society.
