Hayley Lyle


practical experience
Hayley Lyle is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Competition/Anti-trust practice.
She has advised clients in a variety of industries, including large local and multinational companies in the retail, insurance, construction, mining, agricultural, information technology, mobile telecommunications, packaging, automobile, aviation chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Hayley has also acted for a number of industry associations.
Her experience includes providing advice on notifiability of mergers and preparing merger notifications in various African jurisdictions, representing clients in complaint proceedings and advising clients on prohibited practices (including cartel conduct, restrictive vertical practices and abuse of dominance).
In addition, Hayley has written various competition law-related articles for Business Law and Tax Review, the EU Competition Law Review and has prepared headnotes for the Butterworths Competition Law Reports.
Hayley is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
