She specialises in customs and excise, and international trade.
Busisiwe has acted for clients in various sectors and industries including consumer goods and retail, transport, mining, and trade (manufacturers, importers and exporters).
Her experience includes advising clients on the regulatory aspects of customs and excise, tariff classifications, customs valuation, free trade agreements, anti-dumping trade remedies, and the Automotive Production and Development Programme.
