Chetan Ramdass is an Associate at ENSafrica | Mauritius.
Chetan specializes in personal injury, employment, insolvency, white collar crime, banking and finance, general civil law and insurance law.
His experience includes advising on the insurance law aspects of personal injury claim, employment law to clients in various diverse area spanning from oil and gas to the hotel industry and the knitting and dying industry. Chetan appears regularly before all the Courts and Tribunals of Mauritius.
In addition, Chetan is also experienced in assisting clients in giving statements and depositions to various prosecuting authorities in Mauritius and has advised clients in the oil and gas, knitting and dying, hotel, banking, insurance, cargo transit, and big supply chain sectors and/or industries. Chetan furthermore conducts on a regular basis disciplinary committee hearings for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Chetan is a member of the Mauritius Bar Association.
