Jimmy Simiyu

Jimmy Simiyu is a Senior Associate at ENS in Kenya. His practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, capital markets, employment law and insurance law.
Jimmy’s experience includes advising a number of national and multinational clients in a number of industries on a wide range of corporate/commercial matters ranging from legal due diligences; mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and joint ventures; drafting various types of commercial agreements; advising on employment matters; advising on capital markets and assisting foreign companies with setting up business in Kenya including regulatory compliance. He has also acted for clients in cross-border transactions.
