Keabetswe Magano is an associate in ENSafrica's competition department.
She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including, mining, renewable energy, oil and gas, listed property, financial services, corporate and industrial sector.
Keabetswe’s experience includes providing merger notifiablity advice in various African Jurisdictions, drafting statutory merger notifications to competition authorities and advising on prohibited practices. She has experience in contested and uncontested litigation in mergers, her experience also expands to Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia, The Kingdom of eSwatini as well as the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). As such, Keabetswe has a detailed understanding of the merger control landscape in Africa.
Keabetswe is a contributing editor of the Butterworth’s Competition Law Reports and hand has written articles on contemporary developments in South African competition law for Business Law and Tax Review.
