Tshegofatso Malope is an associate in ENSafrica's employment department. She specialises in Employment Law.
She has acted for clients in various sectors and industries, including corporate clients, public sector and mining clients.
Her experience includes advising on employment law-related issues such as dismissals for misconduct, poor work performance and operational requirements, section 197 business transfers, reviewing and enforcing restraint of trade agreements. Employment law litigation in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, (“CCMA”). Bargaining councils and Labour Court cases. Drafting employment contracts for executives, fixed-term employees and other employees and reviewing same, drafting referrals and pleadings in various fora such as the CCMA, bargaining councils and Labour Court. Strike management, reviewing various workplace policies, disciplinary hearings and conducting extensive research on employment-related matters.
