Natasha Coleman is an associate in ENSafrica’s employment department. She specialises in labour law ranging from unfair dismissals, sexual harassment and social media misconduct. In addition, she has experience in commercial litigation primarily related to professional and regulatory bodies professional and ethical misconduct inquiries and disciplinary hearings. 

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries ranging from information technology, retail, financial institutions, mining, media and entertainment, manufacturing and professional regulatory bodies on a broad variety of employment law and civil litigation related issues.

Natasha’s experience includes drafting employment, settlement and retrenchment agreements, as well as workplace policies and she is equipped to provide advice on the implementation thereof - specifically in respect of sexual harassment and social media policies. She has conducted research and opinion work in labour law, amendments to and implementation of labour law legislation, administrative law and civil procedure. In addition, Natasha has experience in conducting due diligence exercises and presenting client training workshops on sexual harassment in the workplace, disciplinary processes and company policies and procedures.

Natasha has assisted in internal disciplinary procedures for various clients from the investigative to disciplinary hearing stage. She has been involved in a number of litigious matters at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils and Labour Court and assisted clients in matters at the Magistrates Court, Labour Appeal Court and Constitutional Court. Moreover, Natasha has been involved in prosecutions for auditing and accounting regulatory and professional bodies in relation to professional and ethical misconduct cases. As a result, Natasha has developed specific skills in relation to employment law as well as financial, professional and ethical compliance related litigation matters.
