Jenna Batt is an associate in ENSafrica’s employment department.
Jenna specialises in employment law as well as Bargaining Councils, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and Labour Court litigation.
Her experience includes: drafting CCMA and Labour Court pleadings for referrals and applications such as review applications; taking part in disciplinary enquiries, reviewing employment contracts for employees across African countries and advising on various laws on employee contracts and employment laws throughout Africa; conducting thorough and extensive research in employment related issues in South Africa and Africa, as well as advising clients and drafting opinions on various employment related issues.
