Mandla Gubuza is an associate in ENSafrica’s project development and project finance department. He specialises in acquisition and leverage finance, banking and finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy, including wind and hydro projects and electricity, as well as oil and gas and public sector law.
He has advised corporate clients, parastatals, lenders, borrowers and project developers on a variety of matters, including on the drafting and reviewing of commercial documents, such as facility agreements, bridging loan agreements, common terms agreements, inter- creditor agreements, working capital agreements, preference share agreements, shareholder agreements, memoranda of incorporation, equity contribution agreements, sale of shares and share of subscription agreements, Asset for share exchange agreements.
