Kerry-Anne's experience includes drafting legal opinions, HR policies, agreements (including employment agreements, settlement agreements, voluntary separation agreements), pleadings in Labour Court matters and notices in retrenchment proceedings. Drafting various CCMA applications. Reviewing HR policies and employment contracts. Assisting with the preparation and drafting of documents (including the formulation of charges) for disciplinary hearings.

She has acted for various sectors and industries, including mining, telecommunications, education, state-owned entities, private entities, not-for-profit entities
