Talia Cullinan
practical experience
Talia Cullinan is an Associate in ENSafrica's Banking and Finance practice.
She has experience in corporate commercial and commercial property, developments and sectional title schemes and now specialises in structured finance, debt finance (including preference share funding) and related security structures. She also specialises in providing regulatory advice to clients in the financial services sector.
Talia has acted for various listed and unlisted corporate clients, major South African banks, institutional investors and fund managers.
Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing agreements, acting on either side of debt financing and structured finance transactions and advising corporate and other clients on regulatory and financial services related matters.
