Kazi Mbangeleli is an executive in ENSafrica’s tax department. A chartered accountant, she specialises in M&A, international tax and financial services tax.
Her experience involves advising clients on the South African tax aspects of structured investments and disinvestments, M&A and offshore expansions. This includes providing tax technical, commercial and transaction implementation advice and support to clients in respect of their transactions. She also has expertise in due diligence work as well as tax compliance and effective tax rate calculations.
She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Association of Black Accountants in South Africa (ABASA).
