Valentin Hardy

Valentin Hardy is an Associate at ENS in Mauritius.
He specialises in Employment law, Corporate, Competition and Insolvency.
His experience includes advising clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters relating to civil, commercial and family law. Following three years in the litigation practice of ENS Mauritius, where he represented clients’ interests before all Courts of Mauritius.
Valentin is now part of the Corporate and Commercial practice, in which he has a keen interest. His knowledge and experience will be best at advising and assisting client on corporate and commercial matters.
Valentin is a member of the Honorable society of the Middle Temple and the Mauritian Bar Association.
