Timothy Mutegi is a Senior Associate at ENS in Kenya. 

Timothy specialises in corporate commercial transactions; mergers and acquisitions; legal due diligence and competition law. He has acted for a number of national and multinational clients in a variety of industries including investment, pension funds, finance, food and beverage, transport, energy, construction among other industries.

He has been involved in cross-border M&As, corporate structuring, joint ventures, business setup and general compliance.
