Govan Manuel is an Executive in ENSafrica’s corporate commercial practice.

He specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), company and trust law, general corporate transactions, reorganisations and contract law as well as corporate governance and broad-based black economic empowerment ("B-BBEE").

He also specializes in private equity and he has expertise in all aspects of private equity, including, fund formation, legal due diligence in anticipation of acquisitions by PE funds of portfolio companies, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, recapitalisations, co-investment arrangements, disposal of portfolio companies and other exit strategies.
