Hendrik Hugo is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
He specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation, including court and arbitration procedures.
He has acted (and continues to act) as lead attorney for various large national and international corporations in court litigation, international arbitration proceedings, local arbitration proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
Hendrik’s practice services a diverse range of clients from various sectors of the economy, including agriculture, automotive, banking, construction and engineering, consumer packaged goods (also known as FMCG), energy, financial services, gaming, healthcare, information technology, insurance, manufacturing, mining, natural resources and environment, organs of state, petroleum, food & retail, sport, and transport & logistics.
Hendrik’s practice is supported by numerous members in his team, specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation. Hendrik is valued by his clients and team members. Hendrik practices with integrity, professionalism, eagerness and a strategic mindset.

He has right of appearance in the High Courts of South Africa and has acted for clients in the National Consumer Tribunal, the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
