Hendrik Hugo

Hendrik Hugo is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
He specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial litigation through Court and arbitration procedure (including the administration thereof). He has acted for various large national and international corporations in court litigation, international and national arbitration proceedings, other dispute resolution proceedings as well as advising clients in respect thereof.
His experience includes advising and acting for clients on aspects of administrative law, commercial litigation, company law, constitutional law, construction law, contract law, mining law, banking law, public law and sports law. He also has experience in criminal law.
He has right of appearance in the High Courts of South Africa.

- Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa in terms of Section 25 (3) of Act no. 28 of 2014
