Melissa Robertson is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Corporate Commercial department. She specialises in regulatory and M&A matters.

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food, pet food, advertising, commercial real estate, agribusiness, liquor, gambling and insurance industries.

Melissa’s experience includes advising clients on their corporate and commercial matters, such as drafting various commercial documentation and providing regulatory advice, including in relation to advertising regulation.
