Devon Jenkins


practical experience
Devon Jenkins is an Associate in ENSafrica's Employment department. He has extensive experience in advising clients - corporates and individuals – in a broad range of employment law and civil litigation related issues. He has also represented clients in arbitrations and applications at the Labour Court, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils, alternative dispute resolution procedures under the auspices of the Office of the Public Protector of South Africa and other dispute resolution forums.
Devon has authored several articles and journal publications on various issues concerning employment law, competition law, human rights and civil litigation. He has also presented client training workshops on the management of internal disciplinary hearings; company policies and procedures and other employment related topics.
Devon serves as a committee member on the Young Scholars Society of the South Africa Society for Labour Law (SASLAW).
