Kennedy Haraseb is a Senior Associate at ENS in Namibia.  His focus area currently is in dispute resolution and employment law.

A substantial part of his work previously related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting contracts and due diligence investigations.

Having acted for various national and international clients in both the public and private sectors in Namibia and the rest of the African continent, Kennedy’s experience in these areas extends to the provision of legal advice, employment law litigation, legislative advise and drafting agreements.

Kennedy has had the privilege of being appointed as an academic associate for Contract Law at the University of Pretoria. He is also a member of the Golden Key International Society, has successfully represented the University of Pretoria at two prestigious Moot Court competitions (Family Law and ELSA International Trade law) and he has held an executive role in Tuks Sports.

Kennedy has been actively involved in the Property Law and Notarial Committee of the Law Society of Namibia and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Solicitors Association of the High Court.
