Kenny Haraseb is a senior associate at ENSafrica in Namibia. He specialises in competition, mining and commercial law.
He has acted for various national and international clients in both the public and private sectors in Namibia and throughout Africa, in industries including construction, IT, mining, pharmaceuticals, property, telecommunications and transport.
Kennedy’s experience includes advising clients on their commercial law and M&A matters, negotiating and drafting contracts and conducting due diligence investigations.
In addition, Kennedy also advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, cartel and other prohibited practice investigations, exemption applications and competition law compliance. Kennedy’s knowledge of competition laws extends to many African countries and regional regulators including the COMESA Competition Commission.
Kennedy is an academic associate for contract law at the University of Pretoria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Solicitors Association of the High Court, and has authored a number of articles.
