Patricia Muthelo is an Executive at ENS in the Real Estate / Property practice.

Patricia specialises in all property law matters including, but not limited to, property transfers, mortgage bonds, notarial agreements and all conveyancing and notarial matters.

She specialises in:

• Commercial property agreements (sale agreements, heads of agreements, memorandum of understanding);
• Property transfers inclusive of letting enterprises sold as a going concern);
• Registration of mortgage bonds in favour of various lenders and/or SPVs;
• Conducting due diligence investigations in respect of properties;
• Attending to notarial work (the registration of general notarial bonds, special notarial bonds, long term leases, notarial tie agreements, servitudes and antenuptial contracts);
• Sectional title developments (opening of scheme, transfers and drafting ancillary documents thereto);
• Attending to legal research and preparation of legal opinions on property related issues;
• Advising on land use rights in respect of renewable energy projects and drafting the required documents to secure the land use rights; and
• General conveyancing such as consolidations, subdivisions, opening of township registers, bond cancellations and cessions of rights.
