Her expertise includes initiating and chairing internal disciplinary inquiries, as well as representing clients at the CCMA to argue preliminary points and handle arbitrations. She is proficient in drafting various legal applications, such as review and condonation applications, along with other court documents, including heads of argument.
Additionally, she prepares statements of case for matters referred to the Labour Court and is skilled in investigating misconduct and compiling detailed reports, drafting notices for employees to attend disciplinary inquiries and providing advice on a wide range of employment-related topics. Her expertise extends to drafting retrenchment notices and offering assistance throughout the retrenchment process. She also provides comprehensive employee relations support, aids in managing trade union relationships, and conducts training sessions on various employment matters.
