Darryn Jacobus is an Executive at ENS in the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety practice.
Darryn advises clients on the application of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (" the MHSA"), as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 ("OHASA"). He has experience in conducting due diligence investigations pertaining to mine and occupational health and safety matters and also assists and represents clients during investigation proceedings and formal inquiry proceedings.
