Megan Stuart-Steer is an Executive at ENS in the Tax practice.
Her practice involves advising on the South African tax and exchange control considerations applicable to local and international corporate structures and funding arrangements. She has specialist experience in private client work (particularly the funding and taxation of local and offshore trusts), fintech matters and the establishment of and tax-related relief granted to charitable entities.
She has acted for clients in a number of industries, including retail, banking and financial services.
In addition to the above, Megan leads a team which advises on the tax and exchange control implications of both local and international employee share incentive schemes.

- LLB (University of Stellenbosch)
- LLM in Tax Law (University of Cape Town)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
