Willie Rossouw
practical experience
Willie Rossouw is an Executive at ENS in Namibia. He specialises in property, real estate, and conveyancing law.
He has acted for clients in several industries, including banks and healthcare.
He has extensive experience in the registration of sectional title schemes and has been involved with all conveyancing aspects of various high profile property development projects, which include establishing townships, registering home owners’ associations, creating subdivisions and consolidation of properties, and drafting property related agreements for clients.
He previously served as a public prosecutor in the High Court of Namibia and the Magistrate’s Courts in Windhoek and the Northern region.

- LLB (University of the Free State)
- Master’s degree in public international law (University of Lund, Sweden)
- Admitted as a legal practitioner, conveyancer and notary public of the High Court of Namibia
