Warren Hendricks is an Executive in ENSafrica’s Mine and Occupational Health and Safety department.
He has represented listed and unlisted companies in formal inquiry proceedings and informal investigation proceedings conducted in terms of the South African Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 and Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
Warren’s expertise includes preparing for formal inquiry proceedings and informal investigation proceedings and drafting formal representations to representatives of the Department of Mineral Resources and the Department of Labour. He also advises clients and provides legal liability training in respect of their general obligations and compliance in terms of occupational health and safety law.
Warren has conducted due diligence investigations relating to occupational health and safety matters and has advised on litigation relating to delictual damages claimed as result of occupational injuries and occupational diseases.
Warren has presented various papers and seminars on his field of expertise and has authored and co-authored a number of topical occupational health and safety articles in various publications.
