Wade Graaff
practical experience
Wade Graaff is an Executive at ENS in the Competition / Anti-Trust practice.
Wade’s experience includes advising on the notifiability and compilation of merger transactions to the competition authorities in various jurisdictions including South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana, Tanzania and Malawi. Wade’s experience further extends to advising on abuse of dominance issues, prohibited practices, compliance training and education programmes, compliance audits, as well as due diligence investigations in relation to South African competition law.
He has acted in a range of industries including, inter alia, the corporate, insurance, telecommunications and financial services sectors.
Wade has written articles for the Business Law and Tax Review and is a contributing editor of the Butterworth’s Competition Law Reports.
