Vicky Borg-Jorgensen is an Executive at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

She specialises in debt capital markets (including securitisation) and general debt finance.

Vicky has acted for several banks, financial institutions, state owned companies and listed and unlisted corporates, both on and offshore.

Her experience includes a diverse array of high-profile transactions, including listed global and domestic medium term note programmes, securitisation programmes, debt repackaging programmes and bond issuances, unlisted asset-backed loan and debenture funding structures, syndicated and bilateral loan funding, preference share funding, distressed debt, debt restructurings and sustainability-linked funding.
