Vanessa Boesak

Vanessa Boesak is an Executive at ENS in Namibia.
Vanessa specialises in civil and commercial litigation, as well as insolvency matters and general debt collection. She is also a member of the firm’s ESG Practice Group, rendering advice and training to clients on ESG issues. She has right of appearance in the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia and regularly does her own appearances. Vanessa has also been appointed as a Notary Public.
Vanessa has acted for private and corporate clients in a variety of industries such as construction and engineering, banking and finance, information technology, insurance, property, and retirement funds. She has also assisted several clients on employment and labour matters as well as insolvency issues. Vanessa has also represented individuals on personal injury matters.
