Thato Tomotomo is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate commercial matters.
He acts for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries.
Thato’s experience includes advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and transaction documents as well as preparing opinions.
His expertise also includes advising high net worth individuals on estate matters, including drafting trust deeds and wills.

- Certificate in Advanced Company Law I (University of the Witwatersrand)
- Certificate in Advanced Company Law II (University of the Witwatersrand)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
