Stephen Lewis is an Executive Consultant at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice. He specialises in capital markets, commercial contracts, company law, company sales and purchases. He also specialises in corporate finance, JSE/SRP/regulatory matters, management buyouts, private equity, takeovers, trusts, estates and estate planning, insider trading, mergers and acquisitions, as well as wills.
