Silindokuhle Magagula is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
She has acted for clients in the public sector as well clients operating in the financial services, mining and food industries.
Silindokuhle specialises in general employment law as well as the Commission for Conciliation ("CCMA"), Mediation and Arbitration and Labour Court litigation. Her experience includes: drafting CCMA and Labour Court pleadings for referrals and applications such as review applications; participating in and preparing plans of action for disciplinary enquiries; reviewing employment contracts for executive and non-executive employees; conducting thorough and extensive research in employment related issues and advising clients on various employment related issues.
