Senzo Mbatha

Senzo Mbatha is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice. He specialises in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, as well as land claim litigation and litigation relating to insurance. He is experienced, qualified and skilled not only in court proceedings, but mediation and arbitrations, including international arbitrations.
He has acted for various clients from the telecommunications, insurance and re-insurance, IT, mining, hospitality and leisure, petroleum, integrated chemicals and energy, renewable energy, transport, financial, and banking industries on all matters relating to dispute resolution and litigation.
Senzo’s expertise include general insurance litigation, where he provides opinions and advice to insurers, underwriters and brokers on various aspects of common law relating to insurance and insurance legislation. He also has experience in matters involving policies and interpretation thereof and instituting and defending subrogated claims. In addition, Senzo has experience in professional indemnity insurance work, having advised and represented insurers in this field.
