Paa Kwesi Morrison

Paa Kwesi Morrison is an Executive at ENS in Ghana.
He specialises in banking and finance, project finance, sovereign finance, trade finance, corporate finance, capital markets, derivatives, natural resources, and energy (including renewable energy projects), infrastructure, construction, M&A, taxation, corporate governance, and general corporate commercial law.
His expertise includes a blend of legal, accounting, tax and other regulatory knowledge and experience across a variety of industries including but not limited to financial services, banking, energy, mining, oil property and construction.
Paa Kwesi has vast experience in advising finance institutions (including banks, private equity funds and development finance institutions), and regional and international companies on all aspects of deal structuring. This has given him excellent relationships with the relevant regulators.
He has also been involved in many real estate/property transactions throughout Ghana, particularly extensive commercial property transactions involving due diligence investigations, advising on property structures and drafting complex agreements.
Paa Kwesi also has extensive experience in insolvency practice and is a licensed insolvency practitioner, a member of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors.
