Ntebaleng Sekabate is an executive in the tax department at ENSafrica.
She has advised large corporate clients across various sectors including mining, information technology, private equity funds, as well as the public sector. Ntebaleng also has extensive experience in advising on tax efficient structuring of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment transactions.
Ntebaleng’s experience includes advising clients on mining tax, empowerment deals and private equity, as well as structuring investments into South Africa. She is also experienced in assisting clients in disputes with the South African Revenue Service, and advising on general corporate tax matters.
