practical experience
Michael Reifarth is an Executive and chartered accountant at ENS. He specialises, inter alia, in advising clients on the South African tax implications of domestic and offshore equity and debt financing structures and investments, M&A transactions, as well as advising on banking and investment products.
His clients include financial institutions, listed and unlisted corporates and REITs as well as funds in the financial, renewable energy and property sectors.
Michael’s experience also includes due diligence investigations, tax compliance and risk management services and obtaining tax rulings from the South African Revenue Service.
Michael is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
