Meldah Pilusa is a senior associate in ENSafrica’s Corporate Commercial department. She specialises in general corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, shareholder arrangements, black economic empowerment transactions and advising on regulatory issues.
She has acted for some of the major South African institutions, such as banks and state-owned entities. She has also acted for local and international clients in a variety of industries.
Meldah’s experience includes advising clients on corporate matters, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements/documents, including but not limited to, sale of shares agreements, sale of assets agreements, sale of business agreements, share subscription agreements, supply agreements, shareholders’ agreements, memorandum of incorporations, trust deeds and board and shareholders’ resolutions.
She has also conducted due diligence investigations.
