Mariam Said is an associate at ENSafrica in Tanzania. She specialises in commercial and civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, employment law, corporate governance, estate planning, conveyancing, and class action and mass torts.
She has acted for local and international clients in a number of industries, including the telecommunications, insurance, construction, geo-mapping, airline and procurement industries.
Mariam’s experience includes advising clients on their general commercial, civil litigation and employment matters, as well as conducting due diligence investigations.
In addition, Mariam’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating litigation documentation and corporate commercial instruments, as well as assisting clients with incorporation of companies, merger notifications and filings, and registering trade marks.
