Letitia Field is an Executive at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice. She specialises in formal enquiries into the affairs of companies in liquidation. She also has experience in the drafting of liquidation and sequestration applications, applications for the extension of liquidators' powers, as well as proof of claim affidavits on behalf of creditors.
She has acted for banks, liquidators and various corporate clients.
Letitia’s experience includes litigation arising during the course of the winding-up of companies, being involved in enquiries in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, as well as trial proceedings in Johannesburg.
