Leigh Sedice

Leigh Sedice is an Executive at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice, with a focus on debt finance, structured investments, private equity, pension funds and financial services.
She has acted for local and international banks, fund managers, corporates, pension funds and other institutional investors.
Leigh’s experience includes structuring and implementing securitised debt transactions on behalf of asset managers and other corporates, structuring and implementing cross-border preference share transactions on behalf of offshore banks, advising private and public sector pension funds and other institutional investments on local and offshore investment transactions and advising clients on various financial services related matters. Leigh’s pension fund experience includes advising on matters relating to pension fund regulation, compliance and governance.
