Lee-Ann Hopley

Lee-Ann Hopley is an Executive at ENS in the Real Estate/Property practice.
She specialises in all aspects of property law, conveyancing and notarial practice, including but not limited to the registration of transfers and bonds in respect of conventional property and sectional title units; the opening of sectional title schemes; extension of schemes and the creation and cession of exclusive use areas; personal and praedial servitudes; and notarial tie agreements. She also has experience with the administration of deceased estates, the drafting of commercial agreements such as agreements of lease and agreements of sale, and the implementation and registration of land aspects in relation to renewable energy transactions.
She has acted for various clients, including banks, corporates and medical aid schemes.
