Lauren Davids is a senior associate at ENSafrica in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice.
Her experience includes drafting liquidation and sequestration applications, the extension of liquidators’ powers, drafting particulars of claim, business rescue matters, enquiries and other insolvency-related litigation and proceedings.
Lauren has acted for liquidators, business rescue practitioners, banks and other corporate clients.
