Kaanit Abarder

Kaanit Abarder is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
He specialises in contractual disputes, corporate disputes (in particular, shareholder disputes and disputes related to breaches of directors’ fiduciary duties), constitutional law and administrative law, and has represented numerous high-profile clients (including listed, unlisted and multinational companies) in these areas of law.
Kaanit has acted for the leaders in a variety of industries, including the manufacturing, retail, agricultural, transport, mining, pharmaceutical, clothing, media, fishing, automotive, logistics, fuels and energy, banking, information technology, facilities management, and property development sectors of the economy.
Over the years, he has been involved in a number of high-profile matters in his areas of speciality. These include leading cases in the fields of contract law, company law and administrative law.
Kaanit also has experience in the regulatory fields of various sectors, including transport and agriculture, and has represented clients in their engagements with regulators.
