Jessica Blumenthal is an executive at ENSafrica in the banking and finance department. She specialises in capital markets, structured finance, financial services regulation and alternative investment strategies.
She has acted on behalf of clients in the public sector, institutional clients, including all the major South African banks, a number of international banks, local and international asset managers as well as other major South African corporate clients.
Jessica’s experience includes assisting in the establishment and implementation of financing structures, assisting clients in relation to alternative investment structures (including the establishment of hedge funds and private equity funds), providing regulatory advice to local and international clients in relation to South African financial services legislation and the South African regulatory environment, particularly in relation to financial advisory and intermediary services, collective investment schemes, South African money-laundering legislation, investment management and company law.
