Isaivan Naidoo

Isaivan Naidoo is an Executive at ENS in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice.
Isaivan has extensive experience in technology transactions, ICT Law, including artificial intelligence, complex outsourcing transactions, complex hyperscaler transactions, all cloud computing services, data protection and cyber-security. He has advised industry leaders on their key strategic technology projects, including major outsourcing and technology projects as well as assisting with legal and regulatory strategies for digital transformation and on cloud computing services, e-commerce, fintech, API platforms.
Isaivan advises both technology consumers, start-ups, innovators, service providers, and disruptors on technology solutions including all legal requirements, in South Africa and across multiple jurisdictions in Africa. He has extensive sector specialisation in financial services, mobile network operators, FMCG, petroleum industry, manufacturing, API marketplaces and health services/health tech.
His experience encompasses cloud computing, artificial intelligence, API platforms and commercialization of APIs, e-commerce platforms, establishing contractual and governance frameworks for startups, hyperscaler transactions, software licensing, maintenance and support agreements, software development agreements, digital and data agreements, data protection, as well as cybersecurity.
