Hope Paul is an associate at ENSafrica in the Tanzania office. She specialises in a number of areas of law, including corporate and commercial, litigation and dispute resolution, and employment.
She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including the telecommunications, construction and engineering, finance and management consultancy industries.
Hope’s experiences includes advising clients on their commercial litigation, civil suit and dispute resolution matters and settlements, as well as on employment disputes and negotiations.
She also has expertise in advising local and international clients on matters including the incorporation and registration of companies, branches and business names, processing and obtaining work and residence permits in Tanzania for clients whose foreign employees intend to work and reside in Tanzania, as well as preparing and registering various security documentation.
In addition, Hope is also experienced in the provision of company secretarial services and company statutory regularisation for clients.
