Gérard de Froberville is an Executive at ENS in Mauritius. He specialises in local and international arbitration, as well as employment, insurance and personal injury, intellectual property, litigation matters and property/real estate matters.
Gérard’s experience includes appearing on behalf of clients mainly before the commercial, bankruptcy and mediation divisions of the Supreme Court of Mauritius, as well as before the Industrial Court and the Assessment Review Committee.
Gérard is advising important groups in Mauritius on property/real estate matters and has been involved in the drafting, preparation and implementation of lease agreements for the leading Commercial Malls in Mauritius. Gérard is also involved in property/real estate litigation matters.
Gérard also specializes in health/medical negligence matters.
He is a member of the Mauritian Law Society.
