Firdaus Hussenbocus-Busgeeth is a Senior Associate at ENSafrica | Mauritius. She specialises in general corporate law, commercial law, employment law, competition law and consumer law.
She has acted for clients in the public and private sectors, including local corporations, multinationals, state entities and financial institutions.
Firdaus has advised on a range of corporate and commercial transactions in relation to the OHADA legal system in Francophone Africa.
Her experience includes advising clients on contract management, the review of legal and regulatory compliance, corporate structures and various issues related to general corporate law, as well as conducting legal due diligences.
