Feroza Solomon is a Tax Advisor at ENS in the Tax practise.

She specialises in individual income tax compliance, her focus being on the completion of high net worth individuals’ and inbound expatriates’ income tax returns and ensuring that all statutory income tax filing obligations are met and our clients are tax compliant. Feroza also assists individual clients with tax disputes with the South African Revenue Service.

Feroza’s experience includes the preparation of employees’ tax calculations for expatriate employees seconded to South Africa, in particular the taxation of employee benefits and tax equalisation calculations. Feroza is also a member of a dedicated ENS team and works closely with the team on complex matters such as due diligence, payroll reviews and audits, and employees’ tax disputes, in particular the tax compliance aspects thereof.
