Eustache Ngoga
practical experience
Eustache Ngoga is an Executive at ENS in Rwanda.
He specialises in corporate commercial, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), banking and finance, Property, Intellectual Property, Aviation, Project Finance, Competition, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, social entrepreneurship (NGOs), and employment law and has a good knowledge of the OHADA law (the Organisation for Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa).
Eustache has assisted several local and foreign investors in establishing their businesses in Rwanda as well as advising them on various complex and significant matters in areas such as general corporate commercial, telecommunication, infrastructure, data privacy and protection, real estate, cross border transactions, and employment.
He has also worked on various Mergers and Acquisition transactions involving private equity funds, sovereign investment funds and listed companies in infrastructure projects, energy, hospitality, telecommunication, ICT, insurance.
Eustache has also assisted clients in various jurisdictions across West Africa, handling 7 jurisdictions namely DRC, Senegal, Ghana, Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Benin, focusing mainly on corporate commercial and oil & gas.
He is an advocate with the Rwanda Bar Association and a member of the East Africa Law Society and has taught at various universities in Rwanda. He is fluent in English, French, Swahili and Kinyarwanda.
